Refund and Returns Policy

All Outlet section items are Final Sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide warranties on these products. No exceptions. Please ensure your selection is final before completing your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, it must be deemed that we fell short on our part. Meaning that we did not inspect the item before your purchasing it or it was damaged in some way by us. If a claim for damaged good received during transit is submit. The claim to process may take 2 to 12 weeks. Depending on the shipping companies policies and time frames for claims. Your patience is appreciated.  All returns and cancelations are subject to a restocking fee as well of 30% of the total item cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late and missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {301 Wilcox Street; McKinney Texas 75069}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
